Air Humidification Unit high-pressure water mist humidification system

Purpose of Humidification System Improvement

  • Using a lot of steam during humidification, it consumes energy and needs improvement(LNG+Pellet).
  • A large amount of carbon emissions are generated due to the use of LNG when using steam,
    so we want to reduce it by using water.
  • It is necessary to solve the problem of indoor temperature increase dueto the increase
    in discharged air temperature after steam generation.
  • The current system cannot respond to flow fluctuations, so to respondquickly to insufficient humidification.
  • Energy increase through LNG use & Co2 generation goes against the government’s
    carbon reduction policy.

  • Water spray operating conditions : Mist spraying for 1 minute at module temperature 55°C
    and 60°C or higher.
  • Target module capacity/number : 460W(two-sided, cross-section)/12 sheets
    (6 experimental group, 6 control group).

  • Check the module cooling effect and performance improvement with Water Spray.
  • In the future, the development of optimized solar module Water Spray cooling technology
    through researchprojects.
  • On-site installation can improve solar power plant module-String-Array output.
