What is Cooling Fog System(Evaporation cooling apparatus)?

The system sprays water particles from a nozzle like fine mist to lower the surrounding temperature at scorching hot weather or reduce surrounding fine dust, which can be used for disinfection (prevention of epidemics), pesticide spraying, and moisture supply. There are high-pressure nozzle, low-pressure nozzle, and air mist nozzle.

    It is available to select and use automatic, manual, and stop menus with one controller switch.

    The system detects temperature, humidity and fine dust to operate.

    It is available to turn ON or OFF the system with a 24-hour timer built in the controller at any time by a user of the cooling fog system.

    Unlimited Repeated Operation Function
    Unlimited repeated operation is available if a user sets the operation time and pause time of the pump for his desirable conditions with the unlimited repeated timer built in the controller.

    Spray Flow Amount Adjustment Function
    It is available to adjust the spray flow amount that fits surrounding environment by controlling pressure through the inverter.

    Water Purifying System Function
    The system is mounted with a pretreatment filter to manage the water quality of the water tank safely but also prevent the spray nozzle from cloaking.

    Pump Protection Function
    The electronic motor protection relay built in the controller stops overheated pump motor of high-pressure spray to protect the high-pressure spray pump.

    Water Supply Automatic Shut-off Function
    The system lets source water to enter automatically only when the high-pressure spray pump is being operated and prevent the leaks inside the controller

    Enhancement of Convenience and Safety
    The system has enhanced the convenience by installing one-touch spray nozzles and the safety by installing a circuit breaker.

    Anti-Corrosion
    The system has used SUS304 or SUS316 of strong anti-moisture to prevent rust or corrosion.

    Fracture Detection Function for High-Pressure Pipe
    The system stops at the fracture of pipes attached with the high-pressure nozzle, which will be reported to a manager.
